Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Coque receives through this website, what it uses them for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

What data we process and why

• Contact form. First name, surname, email address and the message you write to us, in order to answer your enquiry.
• Stagers Q application. First name, surname, email address, phone number and the area you choose (kitchen, wine cellar or dining room), in order to assess your internship application and get in touch with you.
• Reservations. The data you enter when booking are used to manage your reservation. The online booking module is provided by CoverManager.
• Email and telephone. If you write to us or call us, we use your data to assist you.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with these data.

Legal basis

• Contact and Stagers Q: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
• Reservations: the provision of the service you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep them

For as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, application or reservation. After that, the data are kept blocked only for the periods during which legal liabilities may arise, and are then deleted.

Who we share them with

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law. To operate, this website relies on providers that process data on Coque's behalf, as data processors: the website hosting (dinahosting), the email service (IONOS) and the booking platform (CoverManager).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of their processing, object to it and request data portability. Write to us at reservas@restaurantecoque.com or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to confirm it.

If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

If you are under 14, please do not send us data through these forms.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set its own cookies or use advertising tools.

To know how many people visit the website and which pages they read, we use Matomo, an analytics program installed on our own server. It is set up not to use cookies and to store a shortened IP address, so it cannot identify anyone. The data stays on our server and is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it.

The reservations page includes the CoverManager module, which may use its own technical cookies to complete the booking, subject to its privacy policy. The typefaces are served from this same domain, with no calls to external services.

Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and its date.
