  2. We move on to the Ónix table, where the journey takes on a deeper character, expressed in the new geography that begins to emerge in the guest's senses.

  3. The next course is served in the wine cellar, a true liquid library of land and time. Here you will discover some of the best-kept secrets of vineyards around the world.

  4. We will enter the sacristy, a bullfighting custom before the decisive pass, and come to know the soul of a family's cooking through its taste.

  5. The kitchen awaits us, now fully open to us; from this moment on, the essence of the land is us, and we are the land.
